I went to Largo Honda to trade my Silverado with out much expectation but I met sales person Claudia Franco and Jesus in financing may sound counterproductive because I was about to spend more money but they expectation but I met sales person Claudia Franco and Jesus in financing may sound counterproductive because I was about to spend more money but they were helpful and espectacular working on my case , came out of the dealer with a Honda Pilot and very satisfied . I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Largo Honda, particularly with the financial department. I recently completed the lease buyout process for my Honda Civic 2022 Hatchback, but the dealershi Honda, particularly with the financial department. I recently completed the lease buyout process for my Honda Civic 2022 Hatchback, but the dealership has failed to make the necessary payment to the leasing company. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including direct communication with Claudia, the sales representative; Bruno, the sales manager; and Edwin in finance, I have seen no progress. The leasing company informed me that neither they nor I can take any further action until Largo Honda completes the payment. This delay has resulted in a missed payment being reported to the credit bureaus, causing a significant drop in my credit score. The lack of communication and accountability from the financial department is unacceptable. I was promised timely service, but instead, I have faced unnecessary delays and financial repercussions. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more professional approach to handling such important transactions. I urge Largo Honda to address this matter immediately and ensure that no other customers have to endure the same frustrating experience. Until then, I cannot recommend their services and advise others to proceed with caution. More

Largo Honda was a lifesaver! On our way to Key Largo from NC for a week long fishing trip, and experienced car trouble. Dropped off car on Thursday, and it was ready on Friday. James even took care of some of the recall issues which we really appreciate. I have to say James responded quickly to my texts, and they were very understanding when I couldn’t pick the car up right away, because fishing kept getting in the way. We can’t thank you enough James, and Largo Honda!!! We made it home yesterday!!!!! More

I hate to buy cars specially at dealers because usually they treat you as if you are a fool that needs to be taken advantage. This place felt different from the moment we got in. Contacted Claudia first thing in the morning yesterday went back and forth and as of 1 pm spent the rest of the day attempting to get an update with my text messages going unanswered. Finally the dealer c went back and forth and as of 1 pm spent the rest of the day attempting to get an update with my text messages going unanswered. Finally the dealer closed for the day and still nothing. She was well aware I was hoping to complete everything in order to pick up the vehicle on Monday since I’d be in Miami while traveling from my home more than 3 hours away! Only guess would be business must be very good that customers are left unattended! SAVE YOUR TIME AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! More
