Claudia was great she was super nice but I won’t be buying another car with this dealer you could check my previous review and they did call me a manager name frank that he would make it better by givi buying another car with this dealer you could check my previous review and they did call me a manager name frank that he would make it better by giving me the 12k miles on my first car purchase that I got screw and notice when I got home and when over the paper work and called them right away about it but it was to late literally 1 hr after the car was purchase they where going to fix that problem frank told me to come over and called 3 times left 3 voice mails and never got a call back from frank or Claudia so I don’t recommend this dealer at all and the 2nd car that I purchase the day after the first 1 my down payment was use to lower the car not for down payment I never heard of that before some shady business from this dealer another way to screw you of your money and get them for themself some how and I found out about the money after I made the first review cause I didn’t get the financial paper work for 3 days after the car was purchase me calling everyone for it so again there is a lot of dealers in Miami stay away from this one More

Claudia was good she was super nice but not happy with the financing it took me 3 days to get the financial paper work and the reason why cause what was promised to me never happened that is why the finac the financing it took me 3 days to get the financial paper work and the reason why cause what was promised to me never happened that is why the finacer took 3 days to get the paperwork disappointed with the sneaky way the finances were handled after buying 2 cars with them in 3 days will not do business again if they have the same financial advisor there and the price that was offered on my trade was never put on they put it as they paid me regular price sneaky stuff 1 st car I purchased I get home was supposed to be 12k miles a year on a lease they put 10k called them right away when I got home it was to late already they don’t show you anything at the dealer only when you get home with the usb card and when you call them is too late already 2nd car they didn’t give me the paper work for 3 days and after I got them I figured out that they paid my trade in but didn’t give me xtra I got for it on the new car as the down payment that’s really sneaky stuff and my opinion I will never do business again and no one should I try getting the email for the general manger and no one has it apparently I will get in contact with Honda to see what they could do but I will stay out of purchasing on this dealer until they don’t change their financial advisor and their sneaky ways. And another thing a week later they still hadn’t paid my trade ins so now I have to pay a month on my trade-in cars so I won’t get late payment on my credit and another thing still waiting on call for a ev charger they where going to call me to give a good $ on it cause I bought the car . More
