Absolute worst service department. If I make an appointment for a specific repair, take my day to drive to the dealership, and when I get there you say “we can’t help you because we do If I make an appointment for a specific repair, take my day to drive to the dealership, and when I get there you say “we can’t help you because we don’t have a body shop”, I find that pretty offensive and an absolute waste of my time. Being told that a part on my vehicle “doesn’t just break” (newsflash: it broke) and that I’m probably paying out of pocket for a fully warrantied car is the peak of ridiculous. I can’t believe I paid for an extended warranty that they can’t even cover. Also, a quick Google search on this issue will reveal hundreds of other RAV4 owners with the same broken hatch issue. I'm not sure how this isn't Toyota's problem, but it's not mine as the customer who paid for the warranty. Apparently, it all depends on if some larger Toyota entity will approve the repair and give Beck their cut of the money. Why did I pay thousands of dollars in extended warranty coverage for me to care if Beck gets their money back from Toyota? That is an inter-company issue, not the customer’s problem, stand behind your product. Reading other poor reviews it seems most of them stem from the service department. Funny enough, I couldn’t agree more. Someone needs to check this department, you guys are throwing away business due to poor handling of returning customers. I would be open to talk to somebody in charge of the entire facility and share more of this experience I’m currently having. More

We used to feel confident with the service department at Beck Toyota but over the last two months, things have drastically changed. They broke our windshield during routine maintenance and, after nine wee Beck Toyota but over the last two months, things have drastically changed. They broke our windshield during routine maintenance and, after nine weeks of waiting for it to get replaced, we had to ask Beck Toyota to have another company replace the windshield since they stated they couldn't get the part. Well, as they fixed it, they left a part off on the driver's side so now that's another wait for a part, extra gas and our time to get the vehicle's repair repaired!!! We had an issue with our heater vent. They said it would be $400 to fix only to find when they said it was fixed and we went to pick it up - it still wasn't working.... so, $3200 later, and more trips and our time, they fixed it. But when my husband drove our truck home, he said his driver seat was MOVING. Upon inspection, we found the seat bolts were in their slots but were not bolted down!!!!! We had to fix that. It has just been one thing after another for the last two months. And, the sad thing..... they don't seem to care. We have purchased four Beck Toyotas since 2008 and we will not be purchasing from them again due to their poor service. Suggestion: Actually, have a service representative review the work processed with the owner of the vehicle BEFORE having to pay and sign for the repair. That would lessen the aggravation of owners finding mistakes when they get home with their vehicle. More

We are new to the area, and Clark was recommended by the Toyota service manager at our prior dealership. Clark is very friendly, knowledgeable, and he speaks very highly of Beck Toyota and all of his associ Toyota service manager at our prior dealership. Worst Service Experice Ever and Rude Service Department Beck Toyota, Greenwood IN Service department is the worst car service dealer for Toyota owners. I went on June 5 to get my 2017 Corolla serviced and w Beck Toyota, Greenwood IN Service department is the worst car service dealer for Toyota owners. I went on June 5 to get my 2017 Corolla serviced and while I was getting checked in I mentioned that my 18 month old car has has issues with it's wipers and service supervisor agreed to take a look. With in 15 min I got my car back with 2 BIG scratches on my windshield. When I reported the same I was requested to wait and then after sometime I met the most rude person I have ever met in Customer facing job. His name was Clark Henkel, Service & Parts Director. He was NOT only arrogant, rude and cutting me off when I was talking but was trying to prove me wrong blaming me that I just want my windshield to be replaced for free. Please avoid Beck Toyota for service and for sure avoid talking to rude guy Clark as he will NOT listed to you and keep on raising his voice. He doesn't understand customer view point and keep on getting loud for no reason. He knew that his technician messed up and he just wanted to get rid of me getting away paying nothing. I just walked out from Beck Toyota with 2 big scratches on windshield of my 2017 corolla along with meeting the most rude guy. They do not deserve any star and have highly negative people who don't know how to find a solution to the problem which customer is facing. Avoid Beck Toyota and avoid Clark Henkel. More

Accomodating & Helpful I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla in September from Beck. Recently it was time for my 5000 service check up and I needed to get the Ziebart protection o I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla in September from Beck. Recently it was time for my 5000 service check up and I needed to get the Ziebart protection on the car. Due to a family situation, I was going to have to be out of town and was worried about how to get things done.. The Beck Service Department and Dave Langston were extremely accommodating and let me keep the loaner car an extra day so that I didn't have to worry about getting back to Indianapolis. Each time I have dealt with anyone from Beck it has always been a positive experience and I have been extremely satisfied with the service and treatment of the personnel. And the car looks great! More

Todd Haliburton did an excellent job of making my new 4Runner purchase a simple pleasure. From the start to the finish, I was pleasantly surprised with the entire staff. I would recommend this dealership over any, of the many other Dealers, who did not meet my needs. Salesman Todd Haliburton's care and service earned my praise. Haliburton's efforts went way beyond ordinary, you won't go wrong trusting him for your auto purchase. Beck Automotive exceeded my expectation; I am very happy to have found them! More
