Since childhood, I have always had an interest in cars. I think it is really what lead me to want to work for a highline dealership. I have been with Infiniti of Denver since April of 1999. One of the reasons I believe Infiniti of Denver is such a great place to work is because it always has a family type feeling for both the clients & employees. With that being said I enjoy spending time with my family when I am not working.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. When I took my car in, I was attended to promptly. I was given a loaner car without a hassle, and was able to get to work without delay. Clark contacted I took my car in, I was attended to promptly. I was given a loaner car without a hassle, and was able to get to work without delay. Clark contacted me promptly and told me what the problem was. I needed a new engine, and it was estimated to take a week. It took less than that amount of time. They also found a couple of other things that needed replacement, so I got those taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my car, again I did not have to wait. Clark was knowledgeable and friendly. My car was running great and had been vacuumed. They did everything they could to make it a great experience. More

I have done a lot of service business with Clark Hearold at Infinity. He is the reason that I have done all of my service with the Infinity dealership. He always make sure that I have a loaner, if I have at Infinity. He is the reason that I have done all of my service with the Infinity dealership. He always make sure that I have a loaner, if I have requested one, and that I am satisfied with the service. As long as he is with Infinity and my service representative, I will continue to have all of my service at the Infinity dealership. More

It is great that my Infinity tells me when my car needs service. Then, when I called Clark Hearold, he scheduled my service Immediately. My time waiting for the oil change and oil filter change was shor service. Then, when I called Clark Hearold, he scheduled my service Immediately. My time waiting for the oil change and oil filter change was short and pleasant. The cost was minimal. As always, Infinity of Denver and Clark were an excellent example of what a service based company can and should be. More

I had a scheduled appointment and did not have to wait an excessive amount of time to have my car looked at. It was just a service light that needed to be reset. On Wednesday September 25th at around 6 P.M. the radiator on my 2009 FX 35 cracked. I was still able to drive the car home as it was a slow leak. On Thursday at around 8:30 A.M. in the morning I called Ste on my 2009 FX 35 cracked. I was still able to drive the car home as it was a slow leak. On Thursday at around 8:30 A.M. in the morning I called Steve Cleckley to see how to handle this matter. He took my call even though it was his day off, as he always has, and sent me to Clark Hearold. Clark gave me the number for roadside assistance and my car was loaded up at around 9:45 A.M. and on its way to Denver for the service. At the time I had no idea that the radiator cracked so I was anticipating maybe three or four days for them to isolate the problem and fix it. Clark called me on Friday at 10 A.M. to inform me it was indeed the radiator and that the car would be done and ready to pick up around 2P.M. Originally I had the car towed because it wasn't in drivable condition and I live in the mountains so I wasn't sure how to handle this situation since I didn't want to drive 3 hours both ways to go and pick up the vehicle. Clark suggested that I call roadside assistance. I called roadside assistance and they also covered the tow back to my house. All of my service work was done for FREE! Thank God I bought the extended warranty with this vehicle or this could have been a real headache. Just another reason I am glad I own an Infiniti. Infiniti of Denver always takes great care of me in a very timely manner. More

I have had 5 Infiniti's in the past 20 years, and would not consider purchsing one anywhere but Inifiniti Of Denver strictly because of their phenomenal Service Department! Clark was definitely on the ball with this service.
