We bought our 2020 Outback from Sergio and team at Berman and were impressed with the experience. Our salesman Sergio was open and knowledgeable and treated us like customers. There was one hiccup during our and were impressed with the experience. Our salesman Sergio was open and knowledgeable and treated us like customers. There was one hiccup during our purchase, but the team at Berman showed who they are. Once we decided to buy the car, the detailing team went about their work and when they finished the car wouldn't start. It was now after hours and the service department had already closed. One of the managers that was still there explained the situation and apologized. She said they would replace the battery 1st thing in the morning and offered to have the car delivered to us directly, which they did at no extra cost. Fantastic service! After this experience I would recommend Sergio and the team at Berman to anyone. More

I went to pick up the vehicle I purchased after being notified by my dealer (Cindy) that they received the bank funds. She wasn't going to be there for the vehicle pickup however she assured me manageme notified by my dealer (Cindy) that they received the bank funds. She wasn't going to be there for the vehicle pickup however she assured me management would help. Management had a hard time finding my car and the keys. I was really looking forward to the emotional high that one gets when picking up a new car. Instead I got a half hour wait because no one knew what was going on. I left after they found the vehicle, my paperwork and keys and my first stop was the gas station because there was less than half a tank of gas in my new purchase. More

Made an appointment to buy a car and drove 45 minutes only to find out the car was not available at that time! I received an email 15 minutes prior to my appointment time about it not being available. Ve only to find out the car was not available at that time!
