We were looking for a 2022 Honda Odessey. I wanted a Red one but nobody had any Red. We were referred to Shockley Honda and Chris Benner was our salesman. He o lay had one Odessey at the dealership and it w one but nobody had any Red. We were referred to Shockley Honda and Chris Benner was our salesman. He o lay had one Odessey at the dealership and it was not Red. Chris told us to take it for a test drive so we did. Liked the way it handled and the drive was smooth. We went back to the dealership and told Chris we would take it. It is called Pacific Pewter. Not the color I wanted but Chris and the finical department were very kind and worked very hard to get us a great deal. Chris is very friendly and I recommend him if you are looking for a car More

Efficient in work flow. Only suggestion so far is for the dealer to put new batteries in key fobs at the time pre-owned vehicles are sold. A week after I purchased my HRV its Only suggestion so far is for the dealer to put new batteries in key fobs at the time pre-owned vehicles are sold. A week after I purchased my HRV its alarm went off at random all hrs spread over 4 days. The low key battery light did not come on for a couple days which caused confusion about what was wrong. After the dash light did come on I returned to the dealer (a 2nd time) and they nicely replaced one battery. Later the horn went off again. After service I was told the ignition needed to be reset because of the key battery problem. Hopefully this works. They are a great bunch of people but insuring this doesn’t happen by replacing $5 batteries would save a lot of hassle. Love my car! More

Truck Accessory I had a Tonneau Cover installed on my truck. The work was done quickly. The technician took time to explained how to uncover a portion of the bed as I had a Tonneau Cover installed on my truck. The work was done quickly. Special thank you to Cindy East (I regret not meeting in person to say thank you) who worked with my daughter (Laura) securing additional $$s towards her trade-in. I have to say thank you to Shockley because I was 'shocked' with the lower cost by $1,700.00 of similar internet price from Price auto in Dover, Delaware for my HRV. Service experience Had to have the air bag replaced so stopped in and got that done. While there they let me know the passanger side was to be replaced also, so when the Had to have the air bag replaced so stopped in and got that done. All in all the experience was great they explained everything and were very helpful More

Very Satisfied! I dealt with Shockley for a lease and now a purchase. In both cases, all staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. When I recently purcha I dealt with Shockley for a lease and now a purchase. In both cases, all staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. When I recently purchased a car, Alex Ferguson was excellent to deal with. He was no pressure, knew his job very well, and was easy to talk with. Shockley cares about your car after you leave, as well. I take it there to get oil changes, car washes, and routine maintenance and they take A+ care of my car. They don't sell you something you don't need and they are honest. I will not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend them to a friend. Go there, its not what most people think when car buying. They are the best I have dealt with. More
