To start looking for a new car was very exciting in the beginning, but visit different dealerships and see many options make us overwhelmed and stress out, because buying a used car could be positive or ve beginning, but visit different dealerships and see many options make us overwhelmed and stress out, because buying a used car could be positive or very negative experience, you have a big risk the cars are physically made up and what you buy is not real. We lucky to find Cindy in this path, she was super kind, professional, patient and all the Infiniti Naples team are under the same line. They care the cars they sale and are truly trustworthy. I live in Minnesota and purchased a car from this dealer that I found online. As a first time online car buyer, it was a bit stressful, never seeing the car or sales team in-person. Overall, I had a positiv that I found online. As a first time online car buyer, it was a bit stressful, never seeing the car or sales team in-person. Overall, I had a positive experience, facilitated by my salesperson, Cindy, who was fantastic. Cindy was extremely responsive, even on her day off (sorry Cindy!!) and kept me updated at every step in the process, sending me pictures and videos of the car. If not for Cindy, this could have been a very stressful process, but she was incredible. The reason for my four star review of the dealership (Not Cindy - She was 10/10) is the delay from wiring the dealership money for the transaction to the finalization of my paperwork. There has to be a better, faster way to complete contract documents than FedEx-ing them back and forth. Overall, I got a great car at a good value. More
