In 2016, Cindy was recruited by her sister Noha, to join Flemington BMW. She put her extensive hospitality skills to good use engaging with customers over the phone and the world-wide web. Starting as a member of the Internet team, she was keenly aware that she was the first contact for many of the dealership’s customers. In July of 2024, Cindy was promoted to Sales Manager, where she continues to use those skills to help lead Flemington BMW's sales team. She loves working for the Flemington BMW organization and being part of a family oriented company that the Brisby family continue to lead. That family oriented philosophy is something very important to Cindy. When not at work, Cindy enjoys spending her time with her husband, daughter, son, and especially cheering on her beloved Giants!

Purchasing my first BMW was a great experience! I came to the dealership not expecting much, except to test drive what is now my new car! Outstanding customer service! I was returning from an EXPAT assignment from Denmark and needed a car a few days after arrived in the US. After I found several models in their inv I was returning from an EXPAT assignment from Denmark and needed a car a few days after arrived in the US. After I found several models in their inventory that caught my eye, I contacted Cindy through their website and she provided me with the details about the cars. She replied quickly to my questions and requests. Bill and Cindy arrange their schedules to be available the day after I arrived in US without hesitation. They had the car I was interested in ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Bill meticulously went through the car’s features and provided a hassle free car buying experience. The car was ready 3 ½ hours after I purchased it! It was a fantastic experience with outstanding customer service! I plan on buying me next car at Flemington BMW. More

A Fantastic Buying Experience BMW is on everyone's wishlist and it has been on mine. I had been looking for a car that would be stylish, tech-savvy (and SAV - Sports Activity Vehic BMW is on everyone's wishlist and it has been on mine. I had been looking for a car that would be stylish, tech-savvy (and SAV - Sports Activity Vehicle), modern in design, agile, secure, affordable, rewarding for all the loving family members and something that my brand conscious friends would envy when looking at it! The buying experience was so painless that I felt that I just had to be here but no where else. It was a rewarding experience to see Bill Hinton and his sales team understand my needs and ultimately putting me behind wheels of a feature rich product that has exceeded my expectation. Bill is a very good client advisor and he helped us make the choice clear after we assessed several vehicles in comfort and type/style.... never once, during the buying experience, did I feel like I had think too much or go overboard to buy a vehicle any bigger or bolder than what I would need to fill recreational and business needs. Backed Up Their Great Service Claim Had a couple of issues w/ my new Pre -Certified purchase. Everyone has been polite & professional especially Howard, Cindy and Bobby in service. The entire purchasing process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. I was drawn to them because they are part of the Costco Auto Buying program which makes it just an extra plus. More

Great buying experience! After a negative experience with BMW of Freehold we decided to go to Flemington BMW. While I didn't have several choices to look at and test drive (and this was based on my preferences), I really liked the one that I test drove and eventually ended up buying. My review is for the people I interacted with. For starters, an online inquiry was handled by Cindy. She was professional all the way through and never was too pushy with her follow up communications. Definitely recommend Cindy. She was awesome. My sales adviser was Howard. He was fantastic. The kind of guy who has been in the sales business for a long time, yet friendly and very personable. When we went for a test drive, he ensured that I got a through test drive, from curvy, bumpy roads to some highway driving. I really liked that part since that gave me a good feel for the car. When we sat down to talk numbers, he was just as awesome. He helped us get the price we wanted and was very easy to work with. I have had experiences where sales advisers are great with the test drive and talking to the details about the car, but when it comes to the negotiating, they get disrespectful. That was not the case with Howard. He was upfront about what wouldn't work and I appreciated that. He even helped me get my insurance setup with the new car, recommending some worthwhile changes along the way! To summarize, I would definitely recommend Flemington BMW and especially Howard. I am pretty sure you would have a pleasant buying experience with him! More

I received lots of communication about coming back and giving Flemington a second chance. I scheduled a time for my second visit and then returned at a different time. 1000% better. Brian helped me and it was a no pressure experience. As a result, I bought a used 528i Xdrive the next day. To be honest, after my first 70mile one-way commute, I told my wife I she was now my first wife. Anyway, I change my rating. I think the email communications could have been more friendly, but overall I'll buy my next BMW from them. I'd visited the location Today, 9/30. Id visited on a Sunday looking for a BMD. I found a couple of 535 Xdrive I was really interested in. Receptionist completely ignored me. She looked at me once and then went back to doing her work and answering the phone. The guy in the glass office, as you face north, saw me and he ignored me. There were sales people sitting at their desks with out customers. I shrugged my shoulders and slowly walked out. Not the kind of service I would expect from a BMW dealer. I also was emailing back and forth with Cindy A. Her communication skills were so poor I visited the Mt. Laruel BMW, where I received much better customer service. I'll probably still end up with a BMW, but certainly not from Flemington BMW. I visited the show room between 1 and 2pm. More
