Hey guys! I am a saleswoman here at our local Ford dealership. I’ve been here since June of 2021, I am 30 years old and have a couple of dogs and a couple of wonderful kids at home! I am very easy going, and really enjoy going through my sales process with my customers on a very at ease and comfortable basis. We have purchased 3 Lincoln Aviators since 2021 from Westown Ford-Lincoln. Vicki was the first person we encountered while driving through the dealership looking specifically for an Aviator. We purchased the Red Carpet Metallic 2020 Aviator from Vicki. To say Vicki is an outstanding person in every aspect is really not touching the adjectives I should be using. Honestly, from Michael in the Service Department to Jim Birdsell & pretty much everyone we have encountered is “ EXCELLENT “ & extremely helpful!! Ciera is also a great asset to the dealership from assisting a client, selling vehicles, & now working in Finance. An AWESOME DEALERSHIP, wouldn’t even think of purchasing a Lincoln anywhere else. We love Vicki & Ciera so much we suggested our son purchase a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum from Vicki. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Corey wasn't pushy at all and let us make our own decisions without trying to persuade us a certain way.
