Jimmy Britt Chevrolet has the absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Melonie has the worst attitude and customer service I have seen. They kept my sons car for over 2 months and Melon department I have ever dealt with. Melonie has the worst attitude and customer service I have seen. They kept my sons car for over 2 months and Melonie continued to blamed it on the warranty company. Me nor my son could ever get anyone in the service department to call us back with any updates. I finally had to go to the dealership to get any answers. While I was there I was told by the manager that he would get some answers and call me back. Still haven’t got that call. After 2 months I called the warranty company to get the process started. They sent someone out to check out the car and told us it couldn’t be covered. No problem. I was told by Melonie there was a $100+ Charge for the diagnosis which I told them I wasn’t paying due to the experience I just had. She agreed and said there would be no charge. I called Yearwoods Wrecker Service and spoke with Mr Johnny. Within 10 days I had the car back with a new engine and no issues. Now I get a call saying I owe Jimmy Britt $260.00 for the diagnosis. Melonie thought she had me on hold but I heard her entire conversation with the manager, lying about our earlier conversation. I told her when she got back on the phone to put the manager on the phone. I told him how the earlier conversation went and she finally owned up to the lying and said she told me I didn’t owe them anything. If you need service work done in the Greensboro Ga area do not come to these guys. They are horrible. Go to Yearwoods Wrecker Service. More

I’ve purchased 2 trucks from here, the 1st brand new, the 2nd used and I’ve been totally satisfied both times. I am disappointed in the first service I did at Jimmy Britt which came recommendation by one of your current customers. My service was booked for 9am I was expecting at least a phone call during the d Britt which came recommendation by one of your current customers. My service was booked for 9am I was expecting at least a phone call during the day to get some verbal report on when the car would be ready but nothing happened? I was told that there was a noisy belt that may need to be replaced at a next service. I would have expected a service call during the day that it was recommended to change the belt. Now It has to be scheduled to do it at another service date. When I arrived at 4:50pm I was told the car was not ready which is unacceptable for a vehicle scheduled for a 9am service? What If I wanted to wait for the service at the dealer? I only got the car back at 5:30 after the 5pm closing time. Not good service. Was the service put off to the bottom of the list because it is not a Chevrolet product? I only put 2 starts because the service guy was friendly. More
