I bought my truck from Chuck Serra and it was a great experience he was the BEST. I went back for an oil change around September 2024 and was sold about $1,300.00 worth of repairs I did not need on my 20 experience he was the BEST. I went back for an oil change around September 2024 and was sold about $1,300.00 worth of repairs I did not need on my 2023 Express that only had 20,000 miles on it. I left the service area and I have no intension of going back to this shady dealership. I will not recommend them if asked. More

Service Department is clean, and the staff is personable, knowledgeable and attentive to customer and vehicle needs. I have been coming here for 10 years and have all three of my Chevrolets serviced here, on knowledgeable and attentive to customer and vehicle needs.
