Charged for services not performed I brought my car in for oil/filter change and tire rotation and fix a front driver side flat. They did not fix flat as the same tire that was low on I brought my car in for oil/filter change and tire rotation and fix a front driver side flat. They did not fix flat as the same tire that was low on air pressure was in the location which also means they did not rotate the tires either. Only god knows if the oil change was performed and have no way of verifying that. They said it was due to some confusion/lack of communication between 2 techs. They did make good on it and fixed the flat and rotated tires and REFUNDED me my money. Brought another car in for oil change and tire rotation and same thing, tires not rotated as I made mark on each tire and they were still in the same position. Lost confidence in this dealership to perform GOOD and HONEST work. I simply don't know and cant trust that they are doing what is being asked of them. That's an awful feeling!!! More
