The Salesman was genuinely concerned about my needs and I felt that I was in charge, as opposed to being pressured into making an uninformed decision, on such a huge purchase. The best experience, aside for getting a great deal on my new vehicle, was the “closing process”. I loved the idea of one digital signature.. each document clearly explained, get your new keys, and drive away in your new vehicle. More
