Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis Service Center is a well-run organization. When i make an appointment, the receptionist is always pleasant and efficient. Chuck has been my go-to service advisor for years. Profe organization. When i make an appointment, the receptionist is always pleasant and efficient. Chuck has been my go-to service advisor for years. Professional, polite & always makes me feel welcome. Even those years when I was buying old, inexpensive "toys", he was very thorough about explaining the car's situation and answered all my questions with great patience. When I drop off my car, I'm usually out of there into my loaner car within 10 minutes. Communication is second to none as I always know what is going on with my car, time frame, cost etc. Thanks Chuck& MBA-SC for all the good work! More

My first visit to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was the best experience, I’ve had in a long time. I had to come in for a recall on my cls550. Was scheduled quickly by chuck Lehman and greeted at the door by him experience, I’ve had in a long time. I had to come in for a recall on my cls550. Was scheduled quickly by chuck Lehman and greeted at the door by him not even knowing it was him. Wow made me feel like I was apart of the Benz family. He went step by step about the recall process, and took care of my car like it was his own.I recommend chuck and this dealer to anyone that wants great customer service and a new family. My Mercedes-Benz GLB needed replacement and repairs of the front chrome strip assembly and two front sensors and my expert advisor Alex who knows my car just as well as I do for the past three years let m the front chrome strip assembly and two front sensors and my expert advisor Alex who knows my car just as well as I do for the past three years let me know that I cant put off repairing it forever. Alex let me know that this was going to cost a little more than what I normally have been paying on average for service and to make it hurt as least as possible he set me up with a 2023 Mercedes GLB Loaner with only 1300 miles on the odometer for five days. When I picked my car up on Friday it once again looked like it did when I bought it in 2020 from the dealership! I also want to thank Chuck for filling in and setting me up with a loaner for my appointment when Alex had a day off. Chuck immediately jumped in to help me and the teamwork shown by Chuck made me feel like family and I went home knowing that I would be taken care of during the day of my appointment and that is exactly what happened. More
