The service manager finally decided to hear me out and fix the issue. He was nice enough to arrange a loaner at their expense for the 2 weeks my truck was being worked on. I went and picked up my truck last week and so far it’s been better. I was disappointed to discover that someone was eating in my truck because they left frito crumbs behind and didn’t bother to clean it up. I don’t allow eating in my truck nor do I loan it so I know without a doubt the frito droppings came from Zeigler employees. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you Rich for trying. More
