Made a cash offer at 9am and after several calls back without a return call, magically by 4:30, they had been working on a deal on the car already with someone else. Two weeks later, shockingly enough the same car was still advertised for sale and I got the same run around trying to get someone to return a call. I really wanted the car, but this place is so shady I’m walking away. More

We were looking to buy a brand new vehicle, we called about it several times we told them how we were 3.5 hrs away out of state we got the price and set up a time to come look at it. The next day I drove about it several times we told them how we were 3.5 hrs away out of state we got the price and set up a time to come look at it. The next day I drove there, did a test drive and then we sit down to talk numbers. They come back and not only do they not honor their sale price that we were told over the phone but also tacked on a MAP (market adjustment price) of $12,000 on top of the price they had advertised. I was told that they HAD to do this and that all dealerships are doing it as well. This was a LIE! I have called several dealerships and only ONE is charging a fee but only 2,000. I told the guy on my way out that I would be calling to find out if other dealership in fact were charging this outrageous fee and he told me to let him know the ones who weren’t so he could go buy up all there cars. This place was rude, dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone!! We are happy to say that we didn’t get screwed by this place and that we are purchasing the vehicle we came here to buy from another dealership at the MSRP price no MAP fees!! More

Forewarning to anyone looking at cars online in this dealership. The prices you see online DO NOT include the cost of GM certification. That is why they appear so much lower than other dealers. They dealership. The prices you see online DO NOT include the cost of GM certification. That is why they appear so much lower than other dealers. They want to get you in the door. If you want to know the true price of the vehicle, add about $2300 to the online price. My wife and I went in to look at a 2018 Equinox listed for $20k. The out the door price was over $32k. The price breakdown was as follows: Vehicle price: $20,000 GM Certification: $2280 Zeigler Protection Package: $2495 Dealer Prep Fee: $3750 User Car Inspection Fee: $2600 Taxes: $1653 Documentation Fee: $303.63 Title/License: $300 The lowest they would go on the OTD price was 28k. Absolutely ridiculous, $3750 for prepping the car which is essentially giving it a bath and vacuuming it out? We were shown cars with various cosmetic issues (dents, dings, scratches, etc.) no big deal considering they are used, but if you are going to charge close to 4 grand to prep it that car better be near showroom quality on the outside. And don't get me started on a "Used car inspection fee." The cost of the GM certification IS the inspection fee in my opinion, this is just some hocus pocus to get a bigger margin on the sale. Save yourself the time and go to another dealer that doesn't play these games. We ended up going to Wickstrom Chevy in Roselle and purchased the same vehicle for $3000 less. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The salesman was awful. I purchased a 2017 Acura MDX in November. It had 29,000 miles on it. It was suppose to have a 107 point inspection. I had to change the oil, oil f I purchased a 2017 Acura MDX in November. It had 29,000 miles on it. It was suppose to have a 107 point inspection. I had to change the oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin filter within 2 weeks. The filters were absolutely full of dust. within 1 month I had to have the rotors resurfaced on all 4 wheels and new brake pads put on and have the brake lines drained. I had the car a week and took it to the car wash. When I was done there were 4 areas on the body that had been spray painted a slightly different white and it wash off exposing paint chips and paint peeling. It was obvious that the dealership “touched” these areas up just to cover them over so a potential buyer would not see them. So in total I have spent $770 for a new brake job, $100 for new filters and oil change and another $650 for fixing the paint chips and paint peeling. So, an extra $1,520. As I said I wouldn’t buy another car from this dealership if they were the only one left!! Terrible experience - go somewhere else. More
