The sales representative I worked with, Chuck Elford, was very knowledgeable about the product, and spent considerable time with me explaining the features I was interested in as well as those I was not prev very knowledgeable about the product, and spent considerable time with me explaining the features I was interested in as well as those I was not previously aware of. I recently purchase a NEW vehicle from Superior. They were recommended by a friend, and I decided to try them out by her word. My first mistake was to not read Superior's reviews online, the 2nd mi They were recommended by a friend, and I decided to try them out by her word. My first mistake was to not read Superior's reviews online, the 2nd mistake was that I took the word of the finance and salesperson and assumed that they would communicate with me about additional add-on costs and other things that pertained to my purchase. Two days later, I was getting information to send to my insurance provider and noticed the discrepancies in the purchase contract and additional add on costs that were not disclosed to me during the purchase. I immediately contacted the salesperson regarding my findings, and he stated that he would discuss with his new car manager and let me know. I then received numerous emails basically stating that my findings were inaccurate and that they did indeed discuss with me. Also, after only having the car for 6 days, I noticed a rattling noise coming from the rear passenger side of the car, it was very noticeable and I told the salesperson and all he stated was, "contact our service department”. TOTAL disregard for my concerns and questions. After the purchase, I received a letter 2 days later stating "Our goal is to treat you like family by giving you the highest level of service possible"... "We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase experience and your new Honda HR-V!" I am not satisfied, and your dealership did nothing to try to rectify the issues or concerns I had and, if this is how family treats me then I do not want to be a part of it. This company is 100% dishonest and very deceptive with the way they represent the sale of my vehicle. I know there are individuals who might have been lucky to receive better customer service than I did, but this review is for the people who might go into Superior to purchase/lease a car and I am just warning them to do their homework and make sure your review all documents in paper form not on an IPad. More

I purchased my last Honda here nearly 20 years ago and it has served me well. Of course, I returned to upgrade to the new HRV.
