during a service for multiple things totaling over 1500, they were supposed to fix a parking lamp issue, but upon picking up my car the dash displayed a new issue with the parking lamp. they offered to loo they were supposed to fix a parking lamp issue, but upon picking up my car the dash displayed a new issue with the parking lamp. they offered to look at it but i would have to pay an assessment fee which i declined. a few days later i took the car to my local mechanic to inspect the car as they recommended thousands of dollars of additional "services." i had made no mention of the parking lamp issues. upon picking up my car he told me the parking lamp was left unassembled. he reconnected everything free of charge. ive had many problems with mercedes of chicago in the past but this is the last straw. More

They always remember me, are very welcoming and consistently take great care of both my convertible and me. By taking the time to listen and discuss my concerns, I feel safe to trust their suggestions as we collaborate to determine the best service plan. I’ve had a fair amount of repairs and Max, who is very knowledgeable, gives great advice on options I can take, ways to save money and is always honest about best ways to proceed while still taking my concerns into account. Geoff is so warm, friendly and attentive and will drop everything for a customer to ensure we feel valued. He also helps out with any recurring issues and is accommodating in taking good care of us. Lynn remembers specific things I like and and oversees service visits to go smoothly. As a team, they go above and beyond from the initial call, booking me a loaner, executing a quality repair, and following up with communication throughout the process.
