From the minute I walked in the door Christy was so comforting and made this so easy. I had been to many dealerships with them keep telling me no. I had been to one the night before leaving in tears an comforting and made this so easy. I had been to many dealerships with them keep telling me no. I had been to one the night before leaving in tears and heart broken. They wanted $8.000.00 down. How can a single lady paying all the bills come up with that money?? Well I sat down. She smiled at me and said turn around. Is that the color of the 2026 Encore GX you picked out? She made a copy of my license and sent me on my way down the road. When I got back she sid with a smiled How do you like it?: I said I love it. Then the process went from there. Jarrod was awesome to deal with as well with signing the paperwork. It took me a little over 2 hours which it didn't seem like that long. I could of stayed 6'6. It felt like I was right at home I would totally recommend buying from Christy or any of that staff really. I am very pleased with how they do business. They showed me where the service department was, restrooms was, snacks was Showed me how to download the Buick app. As soon as I pick up my baby I will.be happy. Thank you Christy , Jarrod, and all who helped me along the way with the continuous text with questions and concerns about it all. You made me feel totally at ease as soon as I walked in the door.
