This day 2 and I was told yesterday that I would receive a phone call from somebody who knows what’s going on with my vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle with a We Owe contract to repair an issue. Still not a word. I have spoken to at least 5 individuals 2 of whom said the were sending a email to the service manager with my issue and that he would get back to me. If I was someone who reads this and is thinking about buying a used vehicle from them, I would go elsewhere. They got my 10k down payment and basically don’t give a bull about me. More

At Wilsonville Toyota, customer service is their number one priority and this was evident from the moment we walked through the doors. Azhar answered all of our questions and was a wealth of information. He made sure that when we left, that we had his personal number to call if we needed anything or had further questions.
