Then I had to figure out whether I would lease from ford or someone else. Then I had to choose a dealer. when I chose to stick with not only ford but also Klaben Ford, I had to choose a car. In the midst of my changing decisions about what car and when I would upgrade and trying to figure out a budget, let’s just say I was scatter brained. However through it all, Chris Volk at Klaben was so helpful and understanding with me. After finishing all of the decision making i had to complete the paper work and Christine made it so easy and effortless for me. These two were life savers for me during his hectic time and i am so going to go through them again and again! I am so so grateful I chose Klaben and would 100% tell everyone looking for a car to go through them! P.S. I love my new ford ecosport they helped me get!!! More

I spoke with Matt Moy I emailed Klaben after finding a vehicle on-line @ Klaben.com I received both a phone call and text message within 10 minutes. I spoke with Matt Moyers on the phone, and he (along with Chris Volk) texted me all the information I needed. I arrived at the dealership Saturday afternoon, and both salesmen answered all of my questions. I took the car out for a quick test drive, signed all the paperwork, and finalized pick-up details - all within an hour! When I picked up the car, it was clean and had a full tank of gas! I worked with Christine to sign all the final papers, and she was amazing! After about half an hour, I was driving home in my new car! This was the nest car-buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here as well. Top notch! More

Pleasure to deal with I've never really gone to a dealership where I didn't know someone. My son wanted a specific car so on to Google search it was and Klaben came up. We talked and he followed up with emails on each of the three cars we were interested in, spelled everything out and what we could expect. We went, met him, test drove the car then Chris answered all of our questions. It was nice to deal with someone who just wanted the "car sale". I would definitely recommend Klaben and Chris if you're looking a for a car, new or used. He made the hassle of buying a car so much easier and less stressful. Thanks again Chris!!!
