I had very pleasant experience with Rusty and Crain Kia. Everything went great staff friendly. Picking up the car was longer than planned. We had to wait as our sales person to make a sale. About noon became 130 then 230. Interior still had glue for plastic protective covers, windows dirty. Exterior still had wax and engine compartment removed plastic protectors. Also sprayed engine compartment plastic with something and never removed pooled puddled made it look like wow what’s that crap. Not steamed cleaned. More

In May, I went to Crain Kia in search of a new vehicle. Chris Tye was my sales person. He went above and beyond to start the process, but that's where it ended. The car was supposed to be at the dealership Chris Tye was my sales person. He went above and beyond to start the process, but that's where it ended. The car was supposed to be at the dealership on May 31st, which it was backed up to another date, then another date, ect., ect... On July 6th, a Sportage vehicle was at Kia in Conway, but not the one I ordered. Somehow, that vehicle was sold and the dealership had to search and find another one. My husband and I went and drove the Sportage and we liked the vehicle. We also drove a Hyundai and liked it as well. We went back and forth, but chose to go with Hyundai. The management at Kia was not concerned enough to speak with us directly. On the other hand, the management team at Chris Crain Hyundai was all engaged and treated us like family. We spoke with 3 engaged manager. They wanted our business more than Kia. Customer service is very important!!! People sell people!!! More
