I told everyone that I did not want the Peace of Mind package. I explained that I couldn’t leave my home because my husband has dementia so it would be difficult for me to come to the dealership. . I was package. I explained that I couldn’t leave my home because my husband has dementia so it would be difficult for me to come to the dealership. . I was told that ALL the things in the package had already been installed. I never actually saw what was included on that package until Monday. My car was delivered to me on Saturday. The door edge guards are NOT on my car. Only the back windows are tinted, not the front. THEN I was told I would need to have all 5 of the oil changes done AT the dealership. I live over 45 minutes away so At minimum, it would take me 3 hours to get an oil change. Again, I can’t leave my husband. This has left a VERY bad impression with me. I would not recommend Beaver to anyone at this time. More

Beaver has wowed me 3 times in a row. First experience was with Beaver Toyota, met Linda Beaver, traded my 4Runner for a Tahoe at Beaver Chevrolet, was wowed then too. Unfortunately my Tahoe had so many warranty issues due to GM, and beaver made right on them. This final warranty issue, I had enough, and beaver wowed me again with way more than expected trade value to help offset a new purchase.
