Only used service department. 10 year old Jeep with under 50k miles. Within the last year, have replaced vapor canister, gas tank, and solenoid all in for about $2500. We talked through everything I needed including the oil change,recall information and warranty work. Then we agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. That was a Friday. I had to call the following Tue change,recall information and warranty work. Then we agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. That was a Friday. I had to call the following Tuesday to find out what was going on since they never called me. They tried to charge me for what was warranty when I went to pick up. We initially agreed on $22.95 just for them to try and bill me almost $570. They also altered the document I signed that had my price after I signed it. I ended up paying over $80 when it was said and done after I argued. We do not recommend them. More
