Chris gave me great info and went above and beyond for me! I got a great car and a great deal he also sat with me in the car explaining everything to me about my new vehicle. I must tell what sets him apa me! I got a great car and a great deal he also sat with me in the car explaining everything to me about my new vehicle. I must tell what sets him apart from the rest. I left the dealer lot and at the first traffic light was rear ended!! I called Chris and he showed up and waited with me helped me talking to the police and gave me support even asked me to text when I got home which is almost two hours away!! This is the kind of service and genuine compassion rarely seen in todays world . 5 stars isn't enough, he is an oustanding salesperson and wonderful human being. Christopher was amazing very patient and knowledgeable. Finance wasn’t so friendly. We paid cash and I thought that it would be a little more of a celebration with us buying a brand new 2023 vehicle. I have purchased or leased 4 or 5 cars there and usually had a good experience. My recent visit was to get information about purchasing my car from its lease. I made an appointment with Nicholas Ensey (I ac had a good experience. My recent visit was to get information about purchasing my car from its lease. I made an appointment with Nicholas Ensey (I actually made 2 appointments with him) and he didn't show up for either of them. So for the first appointment I met with someone else but just ended up driving new cars. Since Nicholas wasn't there for my second appointment, Christopher Ramos was assigned to me. Unfortunately it seemed that he was also working with other people. When I complained about the "dealers fee" he told me it would be applied towards a maintenance agreement if I purchased one. I was then brought to the business manager to sign all the paperwork. (I forget his name). However, he kept taking phone calls and leaving the room to discuss some MORE IMPORTANT customer. I signed all the paperwork without really looking at what I was signing (my fault) because I was pretty much being disregarded. After signing I was dismissed but didn't realize that I never received any paperwork. After I paid, (which by the way did not have a discount on the maintenance agreement), I was told I should have been given a flash drive. I couldn't find the gentlemen who was busy with the more important customer. I eventually found Christopher who said he would go and get it for me. I waited over 15 minutes for him to return. He apologized and said he was pulled away to take care of something else. It's distressing since I have been a customer since 1998 and have never had any complaints. But Obviously I am not considered to be an important customer so it is very doubtful that when I purchase my next Lexus that I will return to Pembroke Pines. JM Lexus, here I come!!! I'm curious to see if anyone responds to my review........ More
