I love the dealership but my sales associate was Andre and he was the worst person I've ever dealt with. He was rude, pushy, and the only time he'd talk to me was when he needed some kind of info from me. and he was the worst person I've ever dealt with. He was rude, pushy, and the only time he'd talk to me was when he needed some kind of info from me. When we went on a test drive he didn't know anything about the car and there was no gas in the vehicle. When I left with my new car (which wasn't the one I wanted originally and was more expesive) I had to get my things out of my trade in and normally the other VW dealerships I've been to would give me reusable VW logo bags for my things and let me get my stuff by myself. Andre wanted me gone so bad that he went in my car found plastic bags in my backseat and started going thru my things and threw everything in the bags, even trash, put all my expensive sunglasses with stuff that ended up scratching them; he ripped out my dashcam and I thought he was gunna break the cord. He rushed me out of there so fast that I ended up leaving my license plate frames in my trunk by my spare tire (they didn't fit on that car so I stashed them). Then when I left in my new car he didn't even send the car to get gas, WHO SELLS A CAR AND DOESNT FILL UP THE TANK?!?!. He didn't even shake my hand or anything he just threw the key at me and said bye. He was so bad. If he's still there when it's time for another new car I'll just drive to the next closest VW dealer, it's 150 miles away...that's how bad Andre was! More
