BEWARE! Lexus of Sarasota demonstrated they are NOT interested in customer satisfaction! They did not provide the second key fob with our 2022 BMW X5 despi Lexus of Sarasota demonstrated they are NOT interested in customer satisfaction! They did not provide the second key fob with our 2022 BMW X5 despite several assurances they would. The general manager, Christopher Lima, sent an email and a card with his contact information. He never responded to the 3 phone calls (which went to voicemail) or 3 emails we sent concerning this issue. The last correspondence we received was from our original salesperson who apologized that he could not and would not provide the second key fob. After 19 days of trying we are resigned to obtaining a replacement key fob ourselves, an expense of over $400. We are disappointed that a luxury car dealership would treat their customers in this manner. More

Austin needs to learn more about the vehicles he sells: he told us the RX350 we bought did NOT have a garage door opener even though it was listed as having that feature on the dealership’s website. We ha he told us the RX350 we bought did NOT have a garage door opener even though it was listed as having that feature on the dealership’s website. We had a 30 minute discussion about this and Austin was adamant that this car did NOT have the garage door opener, he could NOT install one on the car, and he refused to adjust the price for this feature NOT being one the car. However, Jaden the Technology Expert told us it DID have the garage door opener and he showed us where it is located on the car; Jaden was correct and we programmed the car to open our garage door. Jordan (the deal closer) didn’t ask us for any money to pay for the car —- we had to TELL him that we had not paid for the car. We could have walked right out the door and not paid a dime — but after we told Austin and Jordan we had NOT paid for the car, they produced the final accounting sheet and we wrote the check for the car. Amazing. Jaden was very patient, and he was an excellent teacher. GIVE HIM A RAISE.!! More

Jamie even initiated the paperwork ahead of my car pickup streamlining the processes when I arrived at the dealership. Jamie greeted me warmly upon my arrival at the dealership, showed me my gorgeous new car that he had beautifully detailed and had ready for me. Jamie provided an introduction to everyone that would help me at the dealership…all were very friendly and knowledgeable….Noah was very helpful in guiding me to select the right services with my new car and Jayden was awesome at describing and teaching all of the amazing technology capabilities available in my new Lexus. Jayden does a wonderful job of making the technology available in the Lexus easy to understand and sets everything up so you are ready to take advantage of it the minute you drive off in your new Lexus. I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Sarasota and can’t believe how easy Jamie and everyone made the process of getting a new car. I especially appreciated all the courtesies and help, as I lost my car in the hurricane. Everyone was sympathetic and so very helpful. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Sarasota to everyone, and my new Lexus is far exceeding all of my expectations. More

Austen told us the car did NOT have a universal garage door opener - even though the specs for this car on the dealership website clearly stated the car DID have it. We asked for one to be installed door opener - even though the specs for this car on the dealership website clearly stated the car DID have it. We asked for one to be installed or to have the price adjusted for the car NOT having it; Austen refused both requests. We bought the car anyway and when we got home we discovered the car DID indeed have a garage door opener and we have used it many times since then. Austen needs to learn more about the product he is selling. More
