Called 10/15 for service. Have 2 Alerts and would get an oil change. One Alert was Powertrain and the other was Stabalization. I told Chris both of these at time of call. I arrive and was told I had to leave vehicle there. Chris did not tell me this and I was not prepared for this.. Then I ask if the alerts are intermittent or permanent. I told her I did not know. I ask if they could plug in something and read the alerts. She told me it does not work that way. Totally useless trip and they could of cared less. Service department is horrible. After having all my service work done there I decided to change my own oil because I didn't have hours to sit in there and wait. While removing my sk After having all my service work done there I decided to change my own oil because I didn't have hours to sit in there and wait. While removing my skid plates I noticed multiple bolt holes are stripped out, my rear skid plate only had 3 bolts and they were not the same as factory bolts, my drain plug was way overtightened to the point I thought it was going to strip and my oil filter was so tight I had to put a hole in it to get it off. They've forgotten to tighten my oil filter before causing a huge oil leak and they don't always rotate your tires when you pay for them to do it. I mark my tires every time I go in there and have caught them not rotating them. Worst Service techs ever. Advisors are nice but the techs make them all look bad More
