Chris was great to work with, he didn't push me into anything he showed me some difgerent style cars that I was interested in and found the right one for me. I didn't like that the car I did find on Chr anything he showed me some difgerent style cars that I was interested in and found the right one for me. I didn't like that the car I did find on Chris's computer was being used as a run car for the mechanic shop. When we found it to look at it it looked like someone's personal car, pop bottles lots of change in there they had their muddy feet propped on the door. It looked like someone's personal car. I don't know why they would treat a car they are trying to sell like that but i made sure they cleaned it and cleaned it good which they did. More

I purchased my first vehicle through Jeff Chaffee & Chris Ferrance, as a first time buyer I wasn't aware that you should only have 1 car salesman! Jeff Chaffee & Chris ferrance sold me a lemon, which they pu Ferrance, as a first time buyer I wasn't aware that you should only have 1 car salesman! Jeff Chaffee & Chris ferrance sold me a lemon, which they pulled out of service saying there was only an alignment that needed to be completed. The alignment was supposedly completed. I drove my car off the lot & my check engine light came on after driving it 20 miles. Jeff Chaffee acted like it wasn't his problem, like he hadn't just sold me a terrible vehicle. I get the thermostat changed and my awd goes out a month later, mind you it was going out the whole time. The mechanics said that the dealership had to be aware of it, no way they couldn't have been. A year & 36 days later from my purchase I have put over 4 grand into it, for it still not be road worthy. It's been sitting in a mechanics lot for over a month now. I highly HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else, where the car salesman actually care about their jobs and have good character! Sundance is not it!! Either is jeff Chaffee or chris Ferrance! Save yourself some money, and the headache these guys will try to put on you! More
