I always dreamed of having a Subaru and once I did, I knew I had all the interest in helping you get into one as well. Chris was really nice and laid back. I was in the final stages of deciding on a car after lots of research, and Chris followed my lead. We did a nice long drive of the car I was interested in. He also explained some other options, but with no pressure. After test driving at a few other dealerships that day, I emailed Chris saying I wanted the car we tested together. The next morning we settled on a price and a day to pick it up via text. Since it was a used car, I was very afraid they would sell it to someone else before I could get back to the dealership, but they kept their word! It's been a week with my new-to-me car, and I'm very happy. I would definitely work with Chris again. The finance side of things was a little trickier since I'm out of state, and there were some mistakes calculating excise tax, but they figured it out. The financing itself was incredibly easy, with no added fees. I do wish that they would have provided information and terms about the add on options (maintenance package, gold plus warranty, zurich protect) in advance so I could have made a more informed decision. I understand not giving the price of these things in advance since they can be negotiated, but I would have liked to know the terms and what they included beforehand. I am happy with my beautiful, new (to me) car! Chris was very nice and the other people I interacted with were nice too. One salesperson even helped me set up Android Auto after my purchase bc I was struggling with my phone settings. More

Best dealership experience I've ever had I was searching for a car for about two months. I was looking at all sorts of sports cars, mainly looking at Corvettes, Camaros, and eventually settled on looking at for a car for about two months. I was looking at all sorts of sports cars, mainly looking at Corvettes, Camaros, and eventually settled on looking at mustangs. Through the entire process though, no dealership was as easy to deal with as they were. The two weeks leading up to me purchasing my Mustang from them, a vast majority of the dealerships wouldn’t even negotiate or even tell me the out the door pricing with me unless I went into their dealership. Considering that I was looking at almost every car in a 100 mile range of me, that wasn’t going to work. On top of that, the ones that did talk to me about pricing, were way too expensive for what they were asking compared to the rest of the market. Eventually, I found Christopher Espinoza on Facebook marketplace, and like I was doing to everyone else, I sent him a message. However, unlike everybody else that I messaged, He responded quick, and was extremely easy to work with. I asked what the out the door price was, and instead of insisting that I come into the dealership, or that I put down a deposit, or schedule a test drive beforehand, he just gave me the full pricing breakdown As soon as he came in the next day. I forgot to mention by the way, I was messaging him after hours, and he was still giving me incredible customer service as if I was the only one in the dealership. We were able to negotiate a price beforehand, and it was not difficult at all. On top of that, they even were willing to hold the car for me, as I wouldn’t be able to be in for another week. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car ready for me to do a test drive, and he was extremely welcoming. At no point during the process did I feel uncomfortable, and despite the fact that I had to take a 40 minute metro ride, and then a 20 minute Uber there, I felt the trip was entirely worth it. I now have a car that I love, and I cannot express how easy and welcoming everyone was. In addition, some of the minor flaws on the car had been fixed before I had arrived (small tears on the leather seats were fixed, and the car was nicely washed), and it was in ever better condition than the website photos showed. As for dealing with financing, I had a been preapproved from my bank, but Marissa Leach helped me fill out the check, and walked me through the whole process for all the forms I needed to sign. As I was coming from Virginia to Maryland, I had to deal with all of the out-of-state paperwork, but she made that super easy, and at no point during the process that I feel overwhelmed, or like I was missing something. If I ever hear someone mention that they’re looking at Subarus, or even a used card all, I will 100% be referring them to Annapolis Subaru, even though they are an hour drive away from me, they are still 100% worth it. More

This is my second Subaru. I purchased both at the Annapolis dealership. They worked with me to get the car and deal I wanted to make a decision to purchase at this time.
