Upon entering your dealership, I wondered around the showroom for about 30 minutes and had to go up to a receptionist and ask if someone could help me after waiting even longer. Finally someone came out showroom for about 30 minutes and had to go up to a receptionist and ask if someone could help me after waiting even longer. Finally someone came out and offered to test drive one of your new 2025 model, I waited for another half an hour, at least for them to produce the vehicle for me to test drive upon returning and having them evaluate my trade-in and came back with a insulting Lee lowball offer. And when originally told the price of the car when they presented it on paper, it was $3000 more. I’m not sure if they were hoping I didn’t pick up on that error, went round and round with your sales associate of taking off unnecessary ticketed items automatically applied to the car that I did not want. In my discussed, I asked them to bring me back my car keys for the trade-in which then I got the manager as predicted… I was never even offered a bottle of water. I was there from 12 noon until almost 6 PM at night to find out that the car I purchased was not even on site and had to wait three days for it to be ready when it finally did arrive it took them over five hours to detail the car and when I went to pick it up at night, I then had to drive it with the sales associate for them to put gas in it before I could drive him back to the dealership and then finally drive home. I noticed after spending so much time in your showroom that it shows no banners for outstanding service for the past several years and I can definitely see why. More
