A friend asked for some support as she was purchasing a vehicle, didn’t want to go alone. The sales person was young and could use more training. However the sales manager and finance person were amazingly vehicle, didn’t want to go alone. The sales person was young and could use more training. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. .. DONT LEAVE DEPOSIT OR DOWN PAYMENT If I could give them zero stars I would. Long story short I ended up not purchasing a car from them. (they tried .. DONT LEAVE DEPOSIT OR DOWN PAYMENT If I could give them zero stars I would. Long story short I ended up not purchasing a car from them. (they tried to sell me a car with an accident on the carfax after I told the salesman that what I didnt want) BUT I did leave a down payment with them on my credit card. I called and called to request a refund. Then they took too long to refund me and my credit card bill due date was approaching. Still no refund on my card. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company(Thank God for American Express) Then Honda calls me complaining about the dispute. They took too long. I was starting to think I was not getting money back. I explained to the man C.C. what the situation was. Then a Lady starts yelling from the background (I assume either Nelda or Atheda) accusing me of stealing! Threatening me too! All they had to do was call Amex and explain. They would have got their money back. Then C.C. threatens me again that if they don't have the money by a certain date... P.S. I called and canceled the dispute too. C.C. even threatened to retaliate if I leave poor reviews. All I ave to say is I don't play about my integrity. More
