Shanna- I apologize for the refund delay but that's not what Chris and Jen we're calling about. You asked us to refund your $2,500 deposit on your credit card which we did but you neglected to tell us that you had already filed a dispute with American Express. Therefore when we refunded the $2,500 to your card and American Express also stopped payment you were refunded $5,000 in total. American Express of course is your credit card company and we're not able to speak with them on your behalf. We were simply trying to explain this situation to you and how you would need to contact them to allow the original $2,500 charge otherwise we're out $2,500 and that wouldn't be fair to anyone.
