On our way from Rhode Island to Maine for vacation recently we starting hearing a clanking noise from one of our tires. We stopped at Exeter Subaru on a Friday afternoon, and we cannot say enough abou recently we starting hearing a clanking noise from one of our tires. We stopped at Exeter Subaru on a Friday afternoon, and we cannot say enough about the professional, courteous and prompt service we received. They had us on our way within the hour. If we didn't live so far away we'd absolutely be buying our next car from Exeter Subaru. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the name of the Service Department gentleman that we worked with, but he did bring in the manager, Christine, who was also terrific. More

Ann Italia is an outstanding Sales Women. Extremely knowledgeable about Subaru cars, she left no question unanswered and no doubt in my mind or any reserve that purchasing my Subaru was noth Extremely knowledgeable about Subaru cars, she left no question unanswered and no doubt in my mind or any reserve that purchasing my Subaru was nothing else but a good idea! She is straight forward and clear with her explanations when describing Subaru cars and the difference between all of models. Very detailed in her explanations when talking about the different options/packages that come with each model. Very patience and an awesome listener. She heard all my questions, comments and if any concerns. She let me speak and when finished, she answered each and every question, responded to my comments if warranted, and eased my mine on any concerns I may of had in the beginning of our meeting. I am sure being a car salesperson can be challenging at times dealing with all types of personalities as well as facing challenges of all kinds as sales people do, Subaru should take comfort knowing they have Ann on their Team. We had a warning light emergency on our way from northern Maine to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. Exeter Subaru got us in immediately; completed the diagnosis and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes—all a Maine to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. Exeter Subaru got us in immediately; completed the diagnosis and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes—all at no charge under an extended warranty for this issue. Could not have had better service anywhere. Thanks Ryan and all the service staff for getting us on our way to make our appointment on time. More

The service department is incompetent. I brought my car in with a foreign object in the tire. They had the car for 2 days said it was fine. Got it back. Nail in the tire. The manager Christine who assured me she’d be in touch with me refused to call me at all, and I was left to deal with incompetent Ryan who didn’t believe me there was an issue to begin with. More

Brought my car in with a foreign object in the tire. They had my car for two days and told me it was fine. The morning I picked it up sure enough nail in the tire. The warranty center is closed on Saturday so now my car is hostage and I’ve driven out there twice for no reason and I don’t live close. Christine also said she’d be available but refused to call me. Went for a simple 1 tire change. Made an appointment with them knowing the issue and that it would be under the insurance that they had sold me. They told me it would be no more then and a hour and a half. Waited over 3 hours and all they did was try and upsell me and tell me I should be “happy” they were accommodating. Abysmal service and communication. More

Exeter Subaru has serviced my three cars since I purchased the first from the dealership in 2009. The three cars have a combined total of 483,000 miles. I always follow the recommended service intervals. That is a lot of service performed of the years. I can say Christine and the service department has treated us professionally and fairly. I trust their work and recommendations regarding service needed on the cars. My experience has been very positive over the years. More
