We had a warning light emergency on our way from northern Maine to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. Exeter Subaru got us in immediately; completed the diagnosis and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes—all a Maine to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center. The service department is incompetent. I brought my car in with a foreign object in the tire. They had the car for 2 days said it was fine. Got it back. Nail in the tire. Went for a simple 1 tire change. Made an appointment with them knowing the issue and that it would be under the insurance that they had sold me.
