I had it towed to the dealership and Robert coordinated my getting a rental from Enterprise. While waiting for my Enterprise pickup Bill Owen (sales) had heard I was in and reassured me the everything would be okay with the car and I was in good hands with Robert. The issue (a recall- shifter cable) and fixed in 4 days. Every interaction with Robert was pleasant and reassuring. Returning the rental to the dealership & picking up my car was very easy. Robert Clark was excellent. Working with him I received the 5 Star customer service experience. I hope Herb Chambers Lincoln knows what a treasure the have in Robert Clark. More

There was a point that I would recommend this dealer but now that I’m on my second Lincoln and my experience has gone down hill, my request was not adhered to and the vehicle already having issues. I would now that I’m on my second Lincoln and my experience has gone down hill, my request was not adhered to and the vehicle already having issues. I would not recommend. This 360 vigorous inspection that they brag about doesn’t exist. There are just something’s that shouldn’t be missed. Or overlooked in anything you sell that has your name and reputation on it.
