Took my car in 2 hours early for a scheduled maintenance appointment. The staff was very nice and promised the car would be done before my appointment began. They delivered on that promise even when I adde appointment. The staff was very nice and promised the car would be done before my appointment began. Left my car at 7:30 am no one called me I had to call at 4 or 5 pm to ask about my car before they closed at 6 ended up picking it up at 5:30ish. All steps of the appointment went smoothly except your auto response system which promptly responded after the appointment was scheduled (over the phone) the auto response by email had an inaccurate time auto response system which promptly responded after the appointment was scheduled (over the phone) the auto response by email had an inaccurate time so I responded to the email with the correct time and it responded with an even more incorrect info. Scheduled maintenance service and 4-wheel alignment, due to new set of tires. As always, Christina was outstanding. Service was completed in exactly one hour, while I waited in the customers lounge.
