I had been looking for nearly a year and half and Christina would always check in with monthly to see if I was still in market.Most other salespeople would had blown me off after 6 weeks. Unfortunately I was unable to meet Christina in person and I am sure my next visit to Ft Wayne I am going to stop in to say hello. Even tho In last week I have made a purchase that I felt was the right choice for me, but at no fault of Christina or the Dealership. I will and am going refer anyone I know to check Tom Kelly for there next vehicle purchase and I would highly recommend Christina and she will go out of her way to find the right vehicle for you. I had previously missed out on few great XT 6 thru Tom Kelly but I always day or so short on getting there before it sold, even up to week or so ago had inquired about but it was already gone. My wife and I just purchased a 2025 BMW X5 - our first BMW and our entry to the BMW family. My only disappointment comes from the fact that I didn't find this family many years ago. The entire experience made me think of being with old friends who just happened to sell vehicles. I'm happy to report that this was an absolutely pressure-free purchase (much to my surprise and delight). Christina spent probably far too much time with me answering questions and explaining the process and all the features that BMW offers. She was (and is) an absolute pleasure to work with - a breath of fresh air. I returned to the dealership from Warsaw a couple days later to pick up a pair of sunglasses I'd inadvertently left behind, and Christina took that opportunity to introduce me to the service writers, and the people in the parts department and to just take another step to make me feel comfortable. All told, a great decision to make a BMW our new daily driver. Thanks to everyone at BMW of Fort Wayne. More

My entire experience was positive.
