Stay away. Went only because they had one car at a great price. Had a broken windshield and said "we don't know how that happened, we're working on a replacemen Went only because they had one car at a great price. Had a broken windshield and said "we don't know how that happened, we're working on a replacement but supply chain" I can get one today at over 10 places in Denver metro so that's a lie. They then we're insulting other customers talking to me behind their back! They also ran my credit on a hard pull BEFORE I gave them approval to. I filled out a soft pull pre-approval form. I also had them appraising my trade. Which came in 30% under echo park and CarMax.i was willing to work with this due to the value on the new purchase car. But despite a combination of trade and money down for 70% of the purchase price I could not be approved. I was approved on higher dollar cars with down at both CarMax and echo park. Finally the absolute worst thing was walking away upset they couldn't make it happen and walking out to my car only to see the appraiser curb checked the front wheel HARD. Like it happens, I get it, but they didn't even bother to mention it. And of course an attorney for small claims court costs more than the $600 buy a new wheel and tire. More
