This is absolutely not the kind of review we ever hope to receive and we understand completely why you feel the way you do. Having a six figure vehicle out of service for an extended period of time with an unresolved outcome is not something any customer should ever have to endure and we genuinely empathize with the position you have been placed in. As our Service Director Eric has outlined, our team did advocate on your behalf for reimbursement and the final decision was ultimately made by GM and was outside of our control. We understand that explanation does not make the situation any less painful and we are truly sorry that the resolution did not reflect the effort and time you have invested. We value the long history your family has had with us and we regret that this experience has not lived up to the standard you deserved. We remain open and willing to assist in any way we can and hope you will reach out directly so we can continue working with you and GM to find a path forward.
