I grew up in Edina MN and graduated from Edina Highschool. I attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington MN, and I received my degree in Travel and Hospitality at Minneapolis Business College. I currently reside in Northeast Minneapolis with my beautiful wife and two gorgeous children (who thankfully get their looks from their mother). Before getting into the auto industry, I was in the restaurant business for 24 years. I worked for my father and his brother's restaurants; Nicklow's, Shorewood and Santorini. I thrive in customer service, my family taught me to value others. To treat everyone with respect, kindness and love. "The good thing about my family is that we treat you like family...and the bad thing is we treat you like family." Outside of work I enjoy biking with my dog Maverick, spending time with my family, volunteering at my church, trying new restaurants in the city. I would love to make you a part of our family.

Christian was absolutely outstanding! I cannot emphasize enough how great he was throughout the entire purchasing process. They do not care about you as a customer, only care about $. Came in to buy a used ES, did the test drive and everything, and was told to come back next day with my trade and they’d “work with me” to make a $. Came in to buy a used ES, did the test drive and everything, and was told to come back next day with my trade and they’d “work with me” to make a deal. Instead, I came back next day and while I was on my way they told me someone else is test driving the ES. A bit frustrating for sure. But then they did whatever they could to belittle my trade in and give me a lowball offer on it, stating “comps” are selling for low. But when I brought them comps for their vehicle with the same accessories they said they can’t take those into consideration. Absolute joke and the used car manager is unprofessional. My offer was leaving them more than enough room to make $ on both ends but they’d rather go for extreme greed. I have lots of contacts and was going to send business their way but now I’d tell them to avoid them as they are only going to waste your time. If you want improvement it’ll start by finding a new used car manager. Matt Meyer had the audacity to call me and belittle me for writing my review instead of listening to how I felt and trying to de-escalate. A true salesperson would do that but the ones here like I mentioned only care about $. Go elsewhere. More

Really excellent complimentary service that goes beyond expectations. Absolutely love this place. Rick was a spectacular service advisor and they went above and beyond in helping me buff out scratches that expectations. Absolutely love this place. Rick was a spectacular service advisor and they went above and beyond in helping me buff out scratches that Midas on Lake Street in Minneapolis did and denied responsibility. No worries.
