My wife and I were stranded south of Cheyene. We called and Richard recommended the best tow truck which arrived within 30 minutes. Once there, they shuttled us wherever we wanted, while diagnosing our vehicle. After having lunch and window shopping we received a call with the solution. They lent us a new Dodge Ram and would have our vehicle done by 11:00 am the next day. Amazing! Very compassionate and concerned. Shout out to all involved, Casey, Richard and Christian. These things don't happen by accident. Somebody has done due diligence in training and it's noticeable. When I look to upgrade from my 2017 Ram, I'll definitely be looking your direction. Regards. Slow and not overall friendly (Brian and Christian weren’t awful). We drove from Michigan and our van broke and they didn’t hook it up to the computer right away (simple task) after pleading with them weren’t awful). We ended up missing out on plane tickets home and they created alot of stress for is over the week when we were suppose to be enjoying a week long vacation with our family. They lack compassion and putting themselves in others shoes. Drive to Casper to have your vehicle serviced. More
