They said they only charge a 175$ document fee, besides taxes and registration which you have to pay in any case. I said sounds great. Arrived there. Asked the sales guy about the price and if there’s any other costs and he said no. Just the price advertised and the 175 document fee. When to see the car, test drove it. Then they said let’s talk number. Manager sits me down and says: so the price for the car is 7k more than advertised. I laughed, told them they are crooks and walked out. DONT GO THERE! More

I was told it would cost me $3,000 to have them replace it.do now in stuck with a vehicle that will not pass inspection so im stuck with a vehicle i can't drive..the service department is a joke Victoria is unprofessional and has the nastiest attitude she is quick to accuse the buyer of foul play.. Buy Beware!!! More

Justin is a nice guy, and he also wants a 5-star rating for his company. However, my 2021 GLS450 only came with one key. Additionally, the tire deflated just two days after delivery, and I hadn't even open for his company. However, my 2021 GLS450 only came with one key. It feels like they are trying to waste time until my warranty expires. I plan to return and either update my rating to something higher or provide more details on what I have experienced. More
