Beware of bait and Switch. Car offered online at 17k end up being 29k. After contract was signed the car given wasn’t the one ordered. In fact it was a salvage vihecle. Worst mistake I made was purchasing a Jeep Cherokee from victory Mitsubishi not even 2 years of having the car and I’ve already had to replace the engine. Put in a new radiator. I’m stuck making payments on a car I can’t even drive of Course the warranty is expired and I never received my sales contract via mail or Email but they state there’s no gap insurance so it’s nothing I can do with the car but take a loss I called the dealership numerous of time and the only thing they do is place me on hold and hang up More

I drove 3hrs, got there and the car was no longer available, Weird. They knew I can along way so they pretended like they were trying to help me. In reality they had horrible intentions behind "helping me" they used none understanding terms that a first buyer wouldn't understand so I ask him to specify it and he did the same thing just kept using different form of vocabular. I agree to the deal because what he said thinking he was doing me a favor. I get home after signing paper. the car was worth 20k i get home with a $30k+ loan. while I was signing the papers he said" with this car you'll get a free oil change everything is covered at no extra cost. The moral of the story is he agree to every question I had regardless of it being truthful. Task them to remove all add ons the next day after I noticed it and he said alright i will have that removed it will take about 4-6 weeks. it's been 10months now. NOTHING HAS BEEN REMOVE.
