I think the system that you have in place for text messages and return phone calls need to be worked on. I texted at 4pm and 5:45 trying to get an update on my car. My spouse called and texted roughl messages and return phone calls need to be worked on. I texted at 4pm and 5:45 trying to get an update on my car. My spouse called and texted roughly the same time. We did not receive a response. I received a phone call by Christian at 6:45pm and was told he tried to call me twice to have me come and get my car. I spoke to Christian in length the next morning about this. Although I doubt he tried to call me I have no way to prove he didn’t and will have to take his word for it. I haven’t heard very good things about your service department and this doesn’t make me think that those comments were wrong. More

Unreasonably difficult to schedule. Website scheduling didn't work, phone number listed went to a call center in Oklahoma that never answered or called back. The amount of time and effort I spent on trying to make an appointment to get my oil changed is unacceptable. Called and left messages 4 times in a month and never got a call back even though the message s an appointment to get my oil changed is unacceptable. The website to just make an oil change appointment is ridiculous to try to figure out. Please fix your system. Before this year I always just called for oil changes for the last 10 years. Pretty ridiculous that I have to come in in person to make an appointment now. More
