Staff are very friendly, service wait time is ridiculous, you can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone, and they scheduled me promising a part would be here and didn't tell me until after almost 2 hrs for you can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone, and they scheduled me promising a part would be here and didn't tell me until after almost 2 hrs for an oil change, my carnwas taken back almsot am hiur after my appointment time, and that supposed install that it didn't arrive.
