Christian, an exceptional manager, took his time to call to extend his service and ensure all bases were covered. It was one of the best experienes I've had when buying a new vehicle. Such a smooth transition, and the paperwork was minimal. Six years had past since I last bought a car. So I needed a bit of update on the new features. The process was so easy to learn, but I had a good teacher showing me the ropes. I was never rushed or made to feel stupid in learning the new processes.
