I’ve been coming to Treasure Coast Toyota for service on my Tacoma since 2017. The care and clarity I’ve observed from the Service Department was a heavy factor in my decision to purchase the 2023 RAV4 for my wife from Treasure Coast Toyota, and Christian’s performance has only reinforced my opinion. Christian was able to provide expert advice on the next steps I should be taking with regards to the RAV4’s service. He was able to easily answer all my questions, which really helped to put my mind at ease. His attention to detail ensured the service appointment went smoothly. Christian’s professionalism was evident in the way he spoke to me; speaking with authority and clarity. My interaction with Christian really served to elevate the status of Treasure Coast Toyota. I feel that I can trust the advice I’m receiving when people like Christian are working in the Service Department. Overall, my appointment with Christian was unlike any I’ve experienced. I left feeling informed and comfortable, something I rarely feel when dealing with vehicle service.
