Julio was the first one who greeted me in the lot and took me for a test drive. Very friendly, patient and helpful. Answered my questions and sought others for input if he did not know the answer. Special shout-out to Alex who came to my rescue in the pouring rain when I returned to the dealership post-sale because I didn't know what the flashing red light was in my new Crosstrek. More
