My wife set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation of Friday with Travis Pearcy, she was there for 3 plus hours then she was told that they put the wrong part on my truck and started the moto rotation of Friday with Travis Pearcy, she was there for 3 plus hours then she was told that they put the wrong part on my truck and started the motor and oil went everywhere. Travis said they cleaned all of the oil up and if she had any problems to call him back. My wife asked is it ok to drive my truck or does she need to just park the truck, Travis said it was all taken care of and ok to drive. My wife went and did her errands the rest of her day. My wife parked the truck in our driveway which we just bought a new home 14 months ago with new pavers. I get home shortly after and there is oil all over my new pavers. I called Travis and sent him pictures, Travis asked if I could bring the truck back. I was able to bring the truck back the next day and met with Travis and his mechanic. They took me inside of the shop and put my truck on the lift and the mechanic said there was oil everywhere and that Travis should of never let my wife take my truck home because of the oil everywhere and the engine getting too hot could have caused a fire. The mechanic said he needed to let the truck sit for an hour to let the engine cool off before using the power washer. Travis said while you are waiting, they would fill up my gas tank and also wash the truck. I walked out of the waiting room ten minutes later and saw at the northwest corner of the building the mechanic using a garden hose to wash the oil from under my truck. Travis called me and asked me where I was at, I said watching your mechanic spraying my truck down, I said to Travis I thought you were going to wait until my truck cools off before washing it down, Travis response, it cooled off fast. After I said I don't like f...ing liars, Travis hung the phone up. I walked around the building and found the mechanic and said please give me back my keys and I asked to speak with a manager. 5 minutes later two guys speed around the corner in a black truck cut in front of my truck like bullies. The smaller of the two of them said to me, you threaten my guy..... I said excuse me and also said this how is you address me? The two guys surrounded me trying to intimidate me. I asked the guy that was talking down to me what is your name? He said John and I asked for a last name, John said get the f.. out of here and never come back, I asked the taller one the what is name was and he would not tell me. John said again get the f... out of here and never come back, as I was walking to my truck the taller one said do not come up to like that. I had nowhere to go. Two xxxxx acting tough at a dealer ship knowing what they had did was wrong and this is how they act. I think John name is John Parske and the other one is Mark L'Abatte. If Courtesy was really wanting to fix the problem, check out the cameras at the southwest corner of the building and see how your management treat customers. I will not come back or refer anybody I know. I still have oil underneath my truck. More
