I have now flown to Illinois to receive the car and it is not here. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the customer service I’ve received since I signed the papers. More

All associates were great. When it came to getting the vehicle detailed, the rating goes way down. The vehicle was detailed twice with not great results. Perhaps calling it washed and vacuumed is more in line with reality More

Other than the service leader Josh calling all the technicians “xxxxxxx” and calling my advisor “an idiot from Chevy” the good news is my car drives. They did try telling me my engine mount collapsed technicians “xxxxxxx” and calling my advisor “an idiot from Chevy” the good news is my car drives. They did try telling me my engine mount collapsed 2 months after it was replaced (by them) and then when I questioned it they tell me it wasn’t actually collapsed. Good thing I had them double check so I didn’t spend $1000 for no reason. Never coming back again. More
